The City of Howard receives its water from the Kingbrook Rural Water System. At the bottom of this page, you will find a link to city water quality report, which is produced annually for the purpose of making sure the city offers its residents the highest quality water possible. If you have any questions or concerns, you are encouraged to call or stop by the city offices.
