Electric Department

The City of Howard operates municipal electric department and offers its residents some of the best electric rates in the country.  Individuals looking to set up electric services should stop in or call the Municipal Office.  Individuals who are renting a house or apartment are expected to pay a $125 deposit for electric and/or water service.
