Rubble Site

The City of Howard maintains a rubble site for the sole purpose of yard waste, including trees, grass, and leaves.  The site is located one mile north of Howard on Section Line Street.  It is open year round and is free to all Howard residents. 

Individuals who need to use the site when it is not open are encouraged to contact Joe Erpenbach, the rubble site attendant. He can be reached at 605-480-0435 or by calling the City Office at 772-4391.
